A better way to be together.

We absolutely loved our stay at Daniel’s place! Three families (14 people total) felt right at home, with plenty of space and things to do. The downstairs rec area and bunk room was a huge hit with the kids. The dining room table is massive - we really enjoyed meals together. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless on arrival. The kitchen was spacious enough and well equipped to cook for all of us. The weather threw a curve ball at us with some freezing rain our first day, which made the driveway tricky to navigate. Daniel responded promptly to our request for another visit from the sand/salt guy, which addressed the issue. It’s a short drive to Sunday River for skiing, or Bethel for food or shopping. Finally, the views of Sunday River from the house are great. The hot tub is perfectly positioned to enjoy the view while relaxing after a day on the slopes.

The home was bright and spacious with nice views - just as described with plenty of space for 18+ people of various ages. With 6 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms , everyone was comfortable. The kids (aged 4 -18) practically lived downstairs in the game and media rooms, and the adults enjoyed it too. The kitchen was spacious and we enjoyed cooking as a family. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. You can park 6 cars in the driveway. Note that you do need to climb about 15 stairs to get to the home (see the pics). The Daniel was very responsive and made the whole experience seamless.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at Daniel’s property. Daniel is a great host—very responsive, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The house is well maintained, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing trip. The view is amazing. You can see the mountains clearly, and we were even able to see the ski resort in front of the mountains, which made the experience extra special. Overall, a great place to stay, and we highly recommend this property. We would be happy to stay here again.

This is such a fun and whimsical house! Our kids in particular (ages 5, 14, and 17) loved the game room, theater, kids' bedroom, and loft. We all enjoyed how spacious the house is, and the kitchen is amazing for cooking and hanging out. Beds were so comfortable and showers were great. On our one rainy day, we didn't mind at all hanging out here, because there was so much to do. Daniel was a wonderful host and very responsive. Overall, highly recommend!

from the start, Daniel was beyond accommodating and thoughtful for each and everyone of my requests. He helped resolve issues that were from Airbnb. The house was stunning and perfect for a large group. Overall wonderful experience and would definitely go again.

Had a great time with family!

My family and I stay in a home 1-2 x’s per year and this home was the best we’ve stayed in thus far. It is spacious, clean and thoughtful amenities were appreciated. Coffee, tea, spices paper towels and toilet paper were available , unlike many other homes. Every appliance we needed was there, clean and in working order. Daniel, was respectful, responsive and prompt with any questions. The location was great for visiting other family in the area which also added to its appeal! Thanks for letting us experience your beautiful home. It really felt like home for us!

The place was beautiful and we had a bunch of people but it never felt crowded. It had plenty of space so you could “get away” in your own room if you needed to. Had lots of cool things for the kids to do and an awesome theatre room.

Daniel was an amazing host and the home was beautiful!! The views in the morning and the privacy the home has was perfect. Daniel was so kind to let me and my friends stay here for the weekend and we are all super grateful!
