A better way to be together.

The property was the perfect ski getaway, location, view of the mountain, and all of the amenities in the house were amazing.

This house was in a great location and had an amazing view of Sunday River. The layout of the house was nice, in terms of number of bedrooms/bathrooms and common space. We also appreciated the boot warmers, and check-in and checkout was easy. However, we did unfortunately run into some issues with the house, including no heat when we arrived on Friday night (47 degrees on the thermostat), no directions on how to operate the mini-split heating and no hot water (or, as a result, base board heat) until the morning we left. When we reached out, we did receive prompt replies and the owner sent someone out Sunday night and Monday morning to look into the issues. The hot tub was also not working, but the owner did let us know about that before we arrived. If we did not run into the heat and hot water issues, this would have been a five star stay for us but those were real challenges during our visit.

The house was very clean, the kitchen supplies & appliances well thought out, and the layout was well set up for numerous guests; plenty of room to spread out. The hot tub and game room were a nice bonus. I would highly recommend this house for large groups or a family weekend getaway! The house was exactly as advertised and Daniel was an amazing host. It was a great weekend and perfect space for our group of 3 families. Extremely close to the mountain and all that the area has to offer. The house itself is beautiful and a great place to relax and spend time with friends and family. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Daniel was an incredible host. He was able to accommodate us last minute after a fiasco with our previous Airbnb and was extremely kind and responsive throughout our stay. Given the snow and unpredictable weather, he graciously allowed us a later checkout, which made a stressful situation so much easier. The home was exactly as pictured — beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. We truly appreciated Daniel’s flexibility and hospitality and would absolutely recommend staying at his Airbnb.

We had a wonderful trip in Asheville celebrating my father's birthday. This delightful and very spacious home was perfect for the 11 of us. The location was not far from downtown, shopping, or from anything that we wanted to do. There were plenty of activities to do in the house if you didn't want to go out. The house was very clean and comfortable. The views were stunning. It was also nice to have a large dining table that could accommodate almost all of us at meal time. Our host, Daniel, was very responsive throughout our stay. We highly recommend staying at this beautiful home. You will not regret it.

We were a group of 10 who take an annual ski trip together. This property was such a great fit for us with plenty of space, ample beds, incredible Mountain View, gourmet kitchen for preparing eat in meals, and a great game room. The property is very close to the Sunday River ski resort, You can access parking lots within six or seven minutes. It’s also very close to the access road for pubs/restaurants. It’s a beautiful newer home.

We absolutely loved our stay at Daniel’s place! Three families (14 people total) felt right at home, with plenty of space and things to do. The downstairs rec area and bunk room was a huge hit with the kids. The dining room table is massive - we really enjoyed meals together. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless on arrival. The kitchen was spacious enough and well equipped to cook for all of us. The weather threw a curve ball at us with some freezing rain our first day, which made the driveway tricky to navigate. Daniel responded promptly to our request for another visit from the sand/salt guy, which addressed the issue. It’s a short drive to Sunday River for skiing, or Bethel for food or shopping. Finally, the views of Sunday River from the house are great. The hot tub is perfectly positioned to enjoy the view while relaxing after a day on the slopes.
